We are currently offering shipments to all of Europe.

We are associated with the transport company UPS.

Once the payment is made, you can choose between the following shipping options:


- UPS collection point: designed for situations that you do not know if you will be at home. It is sent to a UPS service point and you can pick it up when it suits you best.


- UPS home delivery: you can choose for UPS to send the item to your home address (as long as it falls within the geographic space where UPS delivers its shipments). In the event that they do not find you at home when the package is delivered, they will keep it at a service point and you can pick it up later.


- UPS express: UPS's fastest option for home delivery. This is the only payment option, although you can save shipping time.

If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

In the event that we are unable to process the address change directly from our system because the package has already been collected, we will contact our courier to make any changes to the modified delivery address.

For all REINAT products, we offer a return policy in effect for the first 30 days after receiving the product.

If the product has arrived defective or you simply want to return it, check the return policy for our requirements and follow the instructions below:


- Send us an email to info@reinat.es and provide us with the order number.

- We will send you a return label. Put the order in a package and paste the label that we have sent you.

- Go to the nearest UPS service point and deliver the package.

- When it arrives at our warehouse, and we verify that it meets the return requirements, the refund will be made.

All of our watches are carefully manufactured, with high-quality finishes and long-lasting mechanical operation. The mechanisms that they incorporate are from the Miyota house models: 1L45 and JS25. In addition, the cases are made of 316L stainless steel, resistant to impacts but at the same time light, making it a resistant, very comfortable and high quality option. Each watch is made up of a Sony brand battery, with an estimated life of 2 to 3 years.

All REINAT straps and link chains are made of high quality materials, offering exceptional and long-lasting use. Currently we have link chains made of polished and brushed 316L stainless steel; mesh type straps with polished 316L steel and; straps made of high quality 100% genuine leather with different finishes.

All the straps we offer from REINAT are interchangeable between the watches. Please note that depending on the size of the dials, the straps can be interchanged to suit the size of the dial.


The 40mm dials are prepared to be able to incorporate all the straps that have a width of 20mm.

All REINAT watches have a 2 year limited warranty from the moment of purchase. Within this period of time, all repairs included in this guarantee will be carried out without any cost.

Our watches are made according to Reinat's high quality standards. However, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any manufacturing defect; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial and hands.

Other parts not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, Reinat will repair or replace any defective watch or any of its parts, at no additional cost, within a reasonable time after the product has been returned. However, the customer may be subject to shipping charges for the product. 

Reinat will not accept warranty claims for watches purchased through non-authorised distributors.

- Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disasters.

- Defects or damage caused by improper use, negligence (knocks, dents, crushing, glass breakage, etc.) or accidents.

- Failure or damage due to unjustified repairs or modifications.

- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal use and aging (e.g. small scratches on the case or glass, strap alterations, detachment of the coating, etc.).

- The battery, bracelet, crown or glass.

- Watches where the serial number does not exist or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, crossed out or made illegible.


If you buy from an unauthorized dealer through Amazon, there is a risk that you will receive a fake, used, or defective watch. Reinat is not responsible for warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation.

We accept payments with credit cards, Apple pay, google pay, shopify pay and Pay Pal.

All REINAT products have the price reflected in EUROS.

The prices that REINAT offers in its sales channels include VAT. Therefore, all purchases made in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) will not carry any other tax to be paid by the buyer. All purchases made from outside Spain will have to pay the taxes required in their countries if necessary.
